Who is responsible for this site

This site is run by Lucas Alvarez Vazquez, an individual, not currently operating as a registered business. For any question about this policy or your data, contact: contactlucasalvarez@gmail.com

What information is collected

Contact form. If you submit the contact form, the name, email address, project type, and message you provide are sent via Resend, a third-party email delivery service, directly to my inbox. This information is used only to respond to your inquiry. It is not sold, shared with advertisers, or used for any purpose beyond replying to you.

Language preference. The site stores a cookie named NEXT_LOCALE to remember whether you're viewing the site in English or Spanish. This cookie is strictly functional, it doesn't track you or identify you, and under applicable law it doesn't require separate consent.

Analytics. This site uses Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights, which are cookieless and collect only aggregated, anonymous usage data (e.g. which pages are visited, general performance metrics). No personal data or individual tracking is involved.

Who else sees this data

• Resend processes contact form submissions to deliver them to my email.
• Vercel hosts the site and provides the cookieless analytics mentioned above.
• Supabase stores the content shown on this site (projects, blog posts); it does not store contact form submissions or visitor personal data.

How long data is kept

Contact form messages are kept only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry. There is currently no automated deletion schedule in place; if you'd like your message deleted, email the address above and I'll remove it.

Your rights

If you're in the EU/EEA, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of any personal data you've submitted through this site. To exercise these rights, contact the email address above.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as the site changes. Significant changes will be reflected with an updated date at the top of this page.
